Hi, I’m Stacey, a 27-year-old event enthusiast based on Long Island, New York. I’m the owner and creative behind The Innocent Effect, a one-woman show (with occasional help from friends!) where party planning, balloon décor, and catering come together to create unforgettable events. I’m completely self-taught in all my services and continuously work to improve and grow my skills. Every event I plan is a reflection of my passion, creativity, and dedication to making your celebration special. 

 

How It All Started 

 

My journey began in 2020, when I planned a friend’s 24th birthday party with balloons and décor. I realized how much I enjoyed it — and how good I was at it and decided to turn my passion into a business. Over the past five years, I’ve grown through the ups and downs, learning and creating memorable experiences for my clients. 

 

Expanding Into Catering 

 

 Just over a year ago, I took the leap into catering, encouraged by friends and family who believed in my cooking. It was a big commitment, but I’ve loved every moment of creating delicious, crowd-pleasing menus for my events.
